Roots of Resilience Lifelong Learning Series – Painting Gardens in Winter
February 12 / 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM“Painting Gardens in Winter”
Free Acrylic Painting Workshop for all levels, Beginners welcome!
Our Roots of Resilience Lifelong Learning Series celebrates the ways colour, memory, and lived experience shape our shared natural history. This Free Painting Workshop invites participants to create a guided garden landscape, an artwork inspired by the gardens they’ve tended, visited, or carried with them across time.
The session blends gentle instruction with personal reflection, encouraging participants to explore how gardens act as living archives of resilience, growth, and connection.
Participants will be guided step‑by‑step through creating a vibrant garden scene with acrylic paint. The painting will be simple enough for beginners yet open to personal interpretation.
